 I was doing practise in Gastroenterology, I usually began at eight o'clock and I finished it at eleven o'clock because there weren't too much patients and nothing to do because the patients spoke in polish and we only could see endoscopys and colonoscopys.. and may be it's a bit boring if you had to do all the same everyday... the doctors were very nice and we had not problems if we didn't want to go and for this reason we travel a lot... so my conclusion it's that may be it's better  not to  choose  the practise in  internal medicine if you didn't speak the language  and it's better to choose surgery.
  The social program in Wroclaw I think that was very good  and the organization was fantastic ,  our contact person was to look for us at the train station and we met very nice people in this city that they helped us a lot ... so we do very good friends there...
